When is payment due?
All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.
What payment options do you accept?
We are also pleased to accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
If you have insurance, we will help you determine the coverage you have available. In order to best assist you, please submit your dental and/or medical insurance information to us with your new patient paperwork.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We do not accept Medicaid payments. However, we're happy to provide you with financing options prior to your appointment.

At Prosper Periodontics & Dental Implants, we believe everyone should afford outstanding dental care. We understand that not everyone has dental insurance, and not all plans cover all treatment costs. That's why we accept Cherry.
Your Cherry account can cover many areas of dental care for you and your family, including preventive dental exams and cleanings, fluoride treatments, dental sealants, periodontal treatments, root canal therapy, dental fillings, and mouthguards. It also covers dental implants, crowns, braces or retainers, Invisalign, dental veneers, and so much more. Whether you require preventative, restorative, or elective cosmetic dental care, Cherry has you covered!
Cherry is specifically designed to cover out-of-pocket medical and dental care expenses. Cherry offers special financing plans not available with other credit card options, including no-interest payments within the promotional period payment plan or long-term financing. What happens if I miss an appointment?
We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately, giving a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid any missed appointment fees.
